Thought you would like the recipe again for my sister's big hit

CANDIED BACON!! Everyone loved it, also a great conversation starter! The way bacon is served now it could be on the hors' d'oeuvres table OR with the desserts! How about Thanksgiving morning for breakfast?

CANDIED BACON

1 pound thick cut bacon

3/4 cup of brown sugar

teaspoon of cinnamon

teaspoon of chili powder

Line cookie sheet with foil and place oven rack on top of the cookie sheet. Spray both foil and rack liberally with cooking spray. Mix together sugar, cinnamon and chili powder and slather each piece of bacon with the mixture and place on the rack in a

350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
